Dear All Stars,
Congratulations on being selected for the 2nd ever Texas Private School Coaches Association All Star Baseball/Softball Game on June 18 in the Dallas Metroplex!
The TPSCA All Star Baseball and Softball games pit the best private high school players from the South and North Regions in Texas (and even some from Oklahoma!). You were nominated by your high school coach to participate in this game based on your performance and character during your career.
What we need from you is to confirm that you are committed to participating in this event. To do this, simply fill out the form below so that you have all of the information you need.
Once you complete the form, you will be on our email contact list and will have periodic information concerning the game sent to you. Please make sure you check your email periodically for important information regarding the game and practice.

Date: Friday, June 18, 2010
Coaches: North – Rusty Beam, Fort Worth Southwest Christian; South – Jeff Schroeder, Houston Second Baptist
Locations:
Baseball - Game played at R.L. Turner High School (Carrollton ISD) on Friday, June 18 at 7:30 p.m.
Softball - Oran Good Park (City of Farmers Branch, TX) on Friday, June 18 at 5:30 p.m.
Luncheon: There will be a catered luncheon at the University of Dallas at 12 noon on Friday, June 18 honoring all athletes. Parents and supporters may purchase tickets for this luncheon. All athletes will be free of charge.
Itinerary:
9:15 – 10:00 a.m. Check In to practice site (TBA)
10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Practice Session #1
12:00 – 1:00 p.m. Luncheon at the University of Dallas (Site of the TPSCA Convention)
1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Practice Session #2
3:45 – 4:45 p.m. Softball Warm-up
5:30 p.m. Softball Game
6:30 p.m. Baseball Warm-up
7:30 p.m. Baseball Game
Transportation Note: Because the practice sites will be away from the luncheon site, we ask that all athletes provide their own transportation from the practice sites to the University of Dallas.
Insurance Fee: Each athlete must pay $30 for a supplemental insurance policy mandated by Carrollton ISD and the city of Farmers Branch, TX.
